How Navy Yard shooter was driven by delusions Sep 26th 2013, 02:53 Information released by the FBI on Wednesday indicates the man who killed a dozen people last week in a Navy Yard shooting in Washington was deluded. Aaron Alexis, shown in recently released video footage, believed extremely low frequency electromagnetic waves were controlling him, according to the FBI.
